How do I know if a door handle fits?
Check at least the door thickness, spindle size, lock type, and the shape and size of the rose or backplate. Are you replacing existing hardware? Then also measure the center-to-center distance of existing holes. Use the measurement and replacement guide.
What is the difference between a rose and a backplate?
A rose is a compact cover plate around the doorknob or key opening. A backplate is a longer plate that covers the handle and often also the key, cylinder, or WC opening as a single unit. Read the full comparison of rose and backplate.
Is a key escutcheon the same as a cylinder escutcheon?
No. A key escutcheon is intended for a traditional bit keyhole. A cylinder escutcheon has an opening for a profile cylinder. Always compare the opening with the lock in your door.
What is included?
That varies per product and version. Check the product description, the selected variant, and the "Product Specifications" block. For a door handle, key escutcheons, cylinder escutcheons, or WC sets can be separate variants.
Can stock vary per version?
Yes. On the product page, first choose the desired color or version. The displayed availability and price belong to the selected variant.
When will my order be delivered?
View the current delivery information with the product and at checkout. We deliberately do not use a general delivery promise if it does not apply to every variant.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands, shipping is free from €50. For Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €100. Any shipping costs below these amounts will be shown in the checkout before payment.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. The item must meet the conditions in the return policy. Email your order number to info@seprio.nl before returning anything.
